At Raven Luxury Weddings and Events Inc., we also organize workshops and seminars. We bring together wedding and event planners, providers of venues, destinations, vendors, and event support services in Toronto and internationally to meet, network, and discover the latest tech, marketing, and style trends in wedding planning and coordination.
How it works.
We bring together a team of professionals to design and produce styled-shoots workshop. Our team consists of models and designers who showcase the latest trends in hair, makeup, gowns, floral, cakes, souvenirs, and reception tables, in a beautiful venue (indoor or outdoor). We essentially mockup wedding themes for photographers to capture beautiful details and worthy images.
All our works are submitted for publication and we encourage our photographers to submit their photos too so they can get credit, reviews, recognition, and recommendations from anywhere. When our works are published, we encourage all attendees and participating vendors to share on social media. This is to help build up their brands.
Our packages vary based on location and availability. We use a maximum of 30 photographers at each shoot, which allows plenty of time to get as many images as we can get. Photographers are broken into teams, and each team takes their turn every 45 minutes shooting different tablescape, dressings, and floral setup.
We work with new event planners to educate them, help them develop content, and network with other professionals. It provides a great opportunity and motivation to practice leadership skills and be more creative.
