The Morning of your Big day - getting you ready
We work with the wedding day timeline for successful wedding day coordination. On the morning of your wedding, our team is available and at your service every step of the way. Raven Luxury Weddings and Events Inc., play the exceptional role of ensuring that all plans are carried out smoothly and ready to handle any problem that may arise. Our lead planner will be at the bride’s getting ready location, while our assistant planner is assisting the groom and his men. We make sure that everyone is in good mood calm, happy, having fun, and stress-free time.
The Wedding ceremony - Making it official
During the ceremony, we make sure the wedding ceremony is queued properly with an unforgettable entrance of a lifetime. We make sure that the guests are seated and in a timely fashion, and the family members are directed to their reserved seats. We coordinate with the priest/officiant and make sure the entrances are timed with the right music played on cue. All important moments are captured from different angles by our photographers.
The wedding Cocktail Party - Welcome to the party #party!
Our goal is to make sure our client has a great time as we manage and direct their guests to the reception venue. Guests' enjoyment is paramount, so we ensure that the guests are having a great time and that the caterer and other vendors serve the guests with drinks and food on time. We coordinate and arrange for the proper placement of gifts and make a list for the bride and groom.
The wedding Reception - On your wedding day, you shine, we run the show
At the reception, we line up the bridal party for a killer entrance, with the band/DJ, MC, photographer/videographer all actively involved. We coordinate and communicate with all the vendors, and that all guests are having a great time. We communicate with the bride and groom through a receiving line, to keep them on schedule and manage the dinner, toasts, special dances, and all announcements

We make sure the event ends with a bang. We don't leave the event until the couple's exit. We stay till the very end make sure the best night of your life ends on the most amazing note, happily, and with peace of mind. we clean up the venue and deliver all gifts and personal belongings in a safe and good condition to a designated and authorized person
